by Jaunita Weyandt on After buying way too many paper towels from Sam's nearby, we decided to check this place out for dinner. We'd seen the sign for the restaurant a million times from our drives on 85 and was always curious to see what it was like. Like the sign and the eccentric color scheme of the restaurant on the outside, the inside was just as loud and busy on the inside. I described it to my husband as a noisy greek diner. There were live musicians playing in the corner, a fairly decent crowd, and lots of blue. Instead of feeling calm and serene, I felt like I was drowning in the faux ocean effect. Things I appreciated: the genuinely friendly host that greeted us as we walked in. The giant free garlic bread. Huge portions. Things I didn't appreciate as much: ambience. prices (were a little high for the quality of the meal). All in all, it's a decent place if you need a mediterranean fix. But there are certainly better places to go in the city.
by Rudy Curlin on I would never come back to this place. The crowd was very young and hood. The music and drinks were mediocre. I brought a friend from New York, and she definitely did not see the representation of a good Los Angeles night club.
by Joanna S. on I thought that this place was really beautiful. Definitely a classy environment with nice tables to sit at, good acoustics, and great service. The ambiance was fantastic as well. This place rocks!
