by Adriana R. on Went to Sullivan Room for the first time on new year's eve and LOVED it. It was a $20 party, lots of fun and sexy people, the bouncer was suuuuper nice and so was everyone in the rest of the staff. This girl that tagged along with my group was being such a miserable bitch and giving the bouncer crap, and instead of getting defensive with her, he decided to nickname her "Aggression" and just tell her that she must be having a bad day and there's no need to take it out on him. Very cool guy. The dj's were awesome, the dance floor was packed but not too packed. Drink prices were normal nyc price. We got a table and had an awesome time. Definitely going back again.
by Elois Benbenek on This place was cool. Dance shows were good, not awesome. They should get the Cirque Du Soleil people and let those fuckers go rampant. That would be a grand show. I'm very good looking and so was the gal I was with- so naturally the doorman knew to let me right in. I mean I'm so good looking and so are my friends that door policy's don't mean shit to me. The people who worked here kinda thought they were to cool. Place will be empty in a few more months once the cool kids stop going and the upper west siders start coming. But that's NYC, hot 1 day, next day, no one wants to know ya!!! So all the people who turned you away will be looking for another job, some will end up at bed bath and beyond, finding me new sheets. Drinks were good but took a while for the bartender to see me, he must have been straight, cause im so good looking that gay gays and female bartenders love me. Sorry I keep mentioning how good looking I am, its just that it matter what you look like and how rich you are in NYC night life. Rich I'm not, but I still like col spaces.
by Trisha L. on The Little Temple is so much fun, and lacks the sleaze commonly found at other clubs. DJ Hapa and Mr. Choc were spinning last night. When we arrived at 10:30pm, there was a thinly dispersed crowd; by 11:30pm it was packed. The crowd was mixed and everyone was cool (minus the desperate guy who kept trying to creep up behind the girls and get his groove on--ew I hope he's not on rateclubs!). There was about to be a chick fight, but some butthole had to go and break it up. It could've been good. The only thing that sucks is the parking situation. As much as I hate valet (biggest fucking scam ever), sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
