by Norris Hamolik on Came here for a bday! Had reservations at 8pm and got there at 7:50pm. The hostess said that we had to wait, so we that we can get a better table and that at 8pm that's when the next turnover is. What does that mean anyways? The restaurant was not even packed at all. A few minutes later, the hostess asks us, if you don't want to wait, would you like to sit in a booth? We were like sure. It was comfy and the atmosphere is really nice. I have no idea what the damn hostess was talking about, saying we can get a better table....I don't know what better table there is. Waitress kind of slow, but super nice and even gave a free dessert for my friend's bday. Don't let the presentation full you...the food isn't that great. Disappointed lobster roll: the seaweed overpowered the lobster kobe beef: super chewy and too much red wine flavor for me (isn't kobe suppose to be super tender?) tuna tartar: the best dish here...super fresh and flavorful spicy hamachi: fresh and yummy too black cod: super fishy short ribs: pretty good, but not tender enough Forgot which sushi rolls we got, but both were not good: too much rice and it was hard Dessert: Sweet potato fried donuts: to die for! Yum! Free dessert: some kind of peanut chocolate thing: too swt.
by Crystal T. on If you like house music, this is the place to go. Huge venue, good size dancefloor, nice vip booths. The DJ on the main dancefloor was cool. He interacted with the crowd and hyped everyone up. I spent half my time outside. The club provided heat lamps with plenty of places to sit and hang out. Which was a big plus...but I also heard that it was a "slow night" - It was close to midnight. The bathroom was surprisingly clean! Big plus! There is also another room located upstairs, but it was empty. The only thing I didn't like was when I ordered a couple of drinks and tried to pay with my bank card. The bartender was rude and said that I couldn't use my card because there was a $40 minimum charge. What?! Come on! - The DJ in the upstairs patio sucked.

This place seems to have just what you need, good selection(vinyl too!), good prices, all in this medium to small sized store. Why don't I go to this store more often?? Probably because I live closer to AKA
