Regarding the Friday night club - yes, the rumors are true. Rockit/Amalia is racist and they're turning Asians and Latinos (at least when they come in large groups) from the door. It's not cool, and if you're indifferent or think it's alright, please go back to the 60's.

3 stars because the place is huge and actually has seating when you get tired. Temple is a pretty big club that offers 3 rooms with dance floors featuing different music genres. Upstairs featured house music while downstairs has a techno room and a hip hop r&b room. The decor is pretty cheesy and kinda reminded me of high school prom. The crowd is a good mix I guess but a lot of people were D-bags. Kept hearing that fights often break out here and guess what, the night I went a fight breaks out. Go figure. Drinks are pretty damn expensive here and they are served in plastic cups. Very watered down drinks so if you wanna get a good buzz I suggest getting a tokyo tea or long island or any drink of that nature where its gonna have high alcohol content. Not the greatest club in the city but worth checking out. Good for large groups.

Want to know a secret?  shhh... keep this one quiet. After Hawks, Thrashers, or Falcons game, show your ticket to get 50% off any 1 food item... per person. That's right, Six Feet Under gives a 1/2 off discount if you're coming from a game downtown.  I enjoyed the shrimp boil while I was there, and the rest of the party was 1 crab boil and 3 surf & turfs.  Talk about a steal. Their new location is awesome, and close to the old one.  Plenty of parking on the street around it, and the lot behind.  We got a quick table for 5 and enjoyed the 1/2 off food.  Really good calamari for an app too. The service was attentive (unlike the atrocious service at the midtown location) and the food was awesome! I would say it's worth the full price, but between you and me, I'll be buying the $5 Thrashers tickets next time I want some seafood!!
