by Sue Y. on Far from an authentic mexican taco... but the Carne Asada Tacos, Nick's Way is my GO-TO for when I'm craving something quick and just plain satisfying under $5. Its just the perfect combo of meat, fried tortilla goodness, and creamy guac dollops packed into one. The $2 happy hour margaritas & $3 pint beers from Rouge also hit the spot. My idea of a value combo meal. ;) **NOTE: If you order chips & salsa - make sure you tell them you want the salsa on the side. Or else your chips will be soggy.
by Debbie W. on Its far from authentic, but the food isn't bad, and i like the atmosphere as a 'bar' that serves sort of mexican food, rather than thinking of it as a mexican restaurant or bar. I like the high ceilings, open air front windows, and the food doesnt suck. This area isn't exactly known for great or authentic restaurants, so it isn't always easy to find somewhere to go without taking a long walk. But if you want authentic, or even really good, just wander over a few avenues to Ninth Ave where you'll find what you're looking for.
by Virgil Ailor on this place is small with a lot of FOBs in there and you know how they role, every 8 guys to 2 girls. the girls there were pretty good looking but they dont give any loving to the guys and some of them cant even dance but the music was good and that was the only thing that made my night.
