by Andrew D. on I went here for a birthday party last night, Friday night. It was not bad, did not live up to the hype, but then again I have not been on Thursday yet. Drinks and cover were a tad expensive, but the crowd was pretty good, even if a bit suburban. I'll go back again.
by Darnelle R. on Sometimes forgotten, but always a good time! I love TOC! If you're in the mood to sing show tunes, the piano bar will not disappoint. If you want to dance to the latest beats, head on upstairs for a different kind of fun! We had a great time last night! I always forget about TOC, but when I get there I say the same thing! The drinks were priced well. You have to get there a little bit early though. It will seem slow at first, but picks up almost instantly! TOC is the place for me! Oh, and their restaurant in the basement has great brunch options!
by Raleigh Pytlovany on Oh man! Where do I begin? I only felt complied to go after the awful reviews because I had promised a friend I'd show up! I'm Asian and fobby and even I felt out of place! It was swamped with guys with the same haircuts, the same sleaziness, all thinking they're a lot more "man" than they really were. The girls were pouty, clique-y and worst of all... completed wasted and throwing themselves at these not so impressive guys. I mean, they were falling over, semi-concious, about to projectile vomit on you, type of throwing! If you aint' got game, but you got cash to spare. This may be the place for you. But if you're true to the scene, please note: you should be ASHAMED of yourself for setting foot in this place! Ashamed! 1 star for Ava, the sweet girl, who tried her best to work the red tape and powertripping bouncers to help me find my friends! PS Do not wear anything you paid more than 20 bucks for! Wet dance floors with glasses everywhere, stained couches and ottomans to sit on and the bathroom has not been cleaned since the beginning of the 21st century! Ava, find another gig! You can do so much better than this dump!
