by Emma H. on Kind of a weird atmosphere...half frat central half laid back. Beirut in the back can be tempting, but also terrible. Mixed bag overall, but frankly the drink specials can't be beat in the neighborhood (hi, $1 domestic drafts and $8 pitchers on Mondays...also $3 shots of anything but Patron and Glenlivet. WHAT!), and the staff is super friendly and attentive.
by Alton Embury on Had the pleasure of seeing Neko Case perform, with Martha Wainwright as the opener. Then KT Tunstall and her skintight silver pants months after. It's a decent venue, I did like the elevated section at the back-left of the main floor, meaning we didn't have to crane our necks over people in front of us to see the stage. The restroom, however... dark, dank, with blacklights everywhere, ugh.
