by Dee C. on went here for the New Years Eve party last night and it was the most terribly managed club i have ever seen. they really treated their patrons like crap. we bought tickets in advance and there was a HUGE line for will call. we waited in line for over an hour while they let everyone in from the other line who did not preorder tickets. Basically their attitude was, we already have your money so screw you... we'll get more money if we let in people who still have to pay first. we got on line before 11 pm and we were still outside waiting on line at midnight. happy new year. not exagerrating this point at all. there was a group of people who got on line behind us and after about half an hour realized they were on the wrong line bc they still had to buy tickets. they went to the back of the other line and proceeded to get in before us. while waiting on line i saw one of the bouncers beat up 3 guys and humiliate them in front of everyone. maybe these guys were being douches and deserved to be kicked out, but they definitely were not fighting back physically and the bouncer still beat them up. he literally threw one guy on the concrete and was punching him repeatedly in the stomach while the guy kept yelling "WHY?!" and not fighting back at all. quite a disturbing experience. then we waited in yet another line for coat check for another 20 minutes. no one was allowed to enter the club without checking their coat. once we got in, it was unbearably hot in the one room that the club consists of. music and crowd were decent at best. the only real pro was that it wasn't too hard to get a drink at the bar. that being said, your experience at this club on a non-NYE party night might be completely different. but i certainly will never be returning to a club who treats its clientele so poorly... especially a club that really is nothing special.
by Charmaine G. on Went for a friend's bday and had reservations. We had to wait 2hrs and our group didn't even get to all seat together. But since there was bottomless mimosas and music, it was still all worth it. Food: Pretty decent plates around $6-13 Atmosphere: Great modern designs Music: Mainstream hip hop & R&B (on the Sunday I went) Workers: Nice People: Everyone was so friendly It was a dance party on a Sunday morning! A club in the day time.. who knew?
