The Houndstooth Sports Bar was established in July of 1988 at 1300 University Blvd. and is one of Tuscaloosa's oldest sports bars. Since the beginning we have been a sports themed establishment focusing on The University of Alabama - The Finest University in the Country! The memorabilia housed at The Houndstooth, in which we take great pride, is second only to that found at The University of Alabama. We are within easy walking distance to Bryant-Denny Stadium - you can hear the roar of the crowd, the snap of the ball and the agony of defeated teams who dared to take the field against the Crimson Tide.
