by Snipereve S. on On a recent trip to Atlanta I made dinner reservations at this restaurant. As we drove to the restaurant we started questioning our choice, because the area its located at seems very sketchy. Being New Yorkers, we decided to put that behind us and give the place a try. We are so glad we did. The ambiance in Cafe Circa is super cool, super modern and at least on that night it was sexy. The crowd very hip and modern. Everything we ordered was delicious and the music was perfect (it was Jazz night). The decor is sumptuous, yet not stuffy.
by Michelle C. on Yes, I was one of the people waiting outside of BBP on opening day for and hour and fifteen minutes for a cheeseburger. I'm passionate about my vices, okay? So, the ordering here is kind of wonky. You place your order at the register, pay, then sit down with a little order number card in front of you. The seating is mostly large tables and bar area, the staff is very quick (maybe too quick?) to refill drinks and clear plates. I ordered the Palace Classic Burger with chips. Er, CRUNCHIFIED™. I also tried the fries and the cactus pear margarita. The burger was a perfect medium rare, the cheese was totally melted, and the chips were a nice texture contrast. The fries were also excellent, though the serving was a bit small. Everything was quite good, and above all, it was cheap. I think my entire order was $11. Not bad for a burger, fries, and a cocktail. Speaking of which, let's talk about that margarita for a second. It's $4.50, it's pepto-pink, and it's.. delicious. Not too sweet and VERY strong. All in all I was impressed and I'll definitely be returning. Next order of business; milkshake.
