by Pug P. on Everyone from law school used to go here in the 90's it was such a scene. I remember seeing all the big red P caps. But remember Philadelphia, you ain't no Manhattan. Just like the phillies ain't the yankees!
by Wes Madron on Why it SO difficult to get a package?? Why cant they drop them somewhere reasonable near you and let you go get them? The UPS stores would be nice but they only take outbound....forget the inbound. I guess privately owned, but youd think they could pay them something to do that rather than pay endless wasted gas heading to empty homes. People gotta work during the daytime you know... Why if you leave days and times you ARE home with driver he will always ignore them and only come when its convenient for him? If the package really gets picked up or not is not his concern. Why is it if you do drive way down to their hell hole south of I 20 west they can never find your package when you get there? Why you can NOT find any info on how to contact them or complain or even leave a suggestion on their homepage? Customer friendly? They never heard of that! The only recourse you have is to complain strongly to businesses who continue to use them. AND let them get returned to sender and then demand a full refund since they insist on using a service that wont work.
by Keenan Delfi on I can't even begin to recall how many shows I have been here for, but it's up there. Legendary isn't even a word I could properly use to describe this venue. Everyone has played at least 10 times and then some. Is it a complete sh*t hole? No. Is it the best? No. Is it 100% Manhattan? Absolutely. I bring my own bottle water in...so I don't pay $500 for one at the show. I don't drink alcohol so I save on cash that way. If you drink...do yourself a favor and get blitzed before the show. heh.
