My buddy had a birthday party here and he got a table with bottle service. We walked over to the place from Degs' and noticed that it was right next to Nick's crispy tacos, the color theme is actually identical. We were on the guest list so didn't have to pay cover which was neat. No idea how much it is though. It was pretty quiet when we got there but got busy later in the night. Small quaint place, cross between a bar and a club. Tiny bar atmosphere, but a moderate sized dance floor with a DJ. No lights or other club material though besides bottle service. $275 for a bottle of Goose. It was the perfect size to be hanging out with friends as to where it was a small place. Was loud, but could still have a conversation with my buddies. The crowd, not the nicest. After going out in the Marina usually, I expected a lot from Russian Hill. However, it was just a rowdy crowd with lots of pushing and shoving with no apologies. Drinks were cheap at $3 a beer compared to the usual $5 a beer in the Marina. I didn't drink but it was still awesome to catch up with my old buddies. Kudos to fun time with friends. However, for the crowd, this place deserves less stars. But still fun. Decent music with some weird mixes, but good for the most part. Played a lot of songs from my college days. Not a bad place to go if you have a big crowd of friends.

Mansion is definitely overrated, without a doubt. However, if you're visiting the area, it's worth the trip. It's expensive because there's usually a cover charge, and the drinks are pricey but that's to be expected in south Miami Beach. It's pretty big, has a lot of little different areas/rooms with funky decor and some good-looking people. I've been there for several celebrity DJ nights and to see musicians like Common, etc. but just be prepared to spend a lot of money, even if you're a hot girl with a bunch of other hot girls. It doesn't get really packed and/or fun until late, like 12, when they start playing the good dance/house music. And if you check out Mansion while on vacation, you probably won't go there more than once. Just go to get it out of your system.

first floor is cute. basement is the club and maybe it was the night i went to, but god...the DJ was just horrendous and the drinks were bad. since they just opened i hoped they would atleast have some good music but this place is such a waste of time. boo. waste of pretty space.
