by Michelle M. on My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant last night just looking for a quick bite to eat before a play and right when they opened for the evening. I was alittle leery since I was sure this place was more about the entertainment and less about the food. We ordered the catfish dinner and seafood jambalaya and have to say that both were excellent. The catfish was a big, thick piece that was very moist with wonderful tartar sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw and the jambalaya has wonderful flavor. The biscuits with the honey butter with minced peaches were great. We can't wait to go back and try something else but next time, we will stay for the entertainment.
by Ileana S. on Why oh why do my cousins pick the crappiest clubs to have a good time?! We arrived early and not many people were there, which was nice because then the floor wasn't slippery, the club was not completely packed/stuffy, there were no sweaty guys trying to rub up on you, you could hold a drink without some drunk person bumping into you, etc. (The list can go on with club pet-peeves). We went on Ladies' Night. We managed to get in line to go to the room to the side of the main floor. We were able to see male strippers and ALMOST all of their glory. We didn't get to see anything, which was kind of a bummer but these guys were just not my type. Corny get-ups and all. Ew. Some women got a kick out of it. The male strippers sure know how to shake it like a polaroid picture...if you know what I mean...floppy thangs and all.
