Connecticut is a New England state that has a decent nightlife. This state is known for having friendly bartenders, and the atmosphere tends to be calm and relaxed. Most of the nightclubs in this state only require you to dress casually. Many of the bars are combined with the restaurants. These are the places you will find workers when they are off from work. If you are looking for sports events, you will find a number of them in the central areas of most cities. One of the best cities to find clubs in Connecticut is Hartford. The only problem with some of these establishments is that they are only opened until 11 pm. This is not good for the person that likes to party all night. In Hartford you will find that the clubs are all located in the same general area. By law, the bars and clubs in this state cannot be open any later than 2 am, and this is only on certain days. Connecticut is a strict state when it comes to clubs, and you won't find the all night parties that are prevalent in places such as New York, California, or Florida. Perhaps the best thing about clubs in this state is the relaxed rules regarding attire. Virtually anything goes, as long as you are fully clothed. There are also a number of high quality breweries in this state. Those who enjoy live music can listen to it at many of the pubs on weeknights.
